In the event the payment has been processed by VikramPhadnis the refund amount shall be credited to your credit card account and duly notified to you by email or sent by cheque.

In a credit/debit card transaction, you must use a credit /debit card that is issued in the name of the User. VikramPhadnis will not be liable for any credit/debit card fraud because of the card being used fraudulently. The liability to use a credit/debit card or a net banking transaction fraudulently will be on the User and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user.

Any request for cancellation of orders once duly placed on the site, shall not be entertained.

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost incurred by VikramPhadnis for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.

All products are duly screened and assured by VikramPhadnis to ensure that the products are of the standard, quality, composition, style or model that they represent. All and any additional information/description, etc. for a product that is displayed/showcased on VikramPhadnis is on behalf of the publishers/hardware manufacturers and is as provided to VikramPhadnis. VikramPhadnis does not take any responsibility for any incorrect or error in the display/showcase of such information.

VikramPhadnis reserves the right to charge a fee for any or such facilities or freight or handling charges or shipping charges or statutory taxes. VikramPhadnis and its affiliates reserve the right to cancel orders for the product in their sole discretion for any reason which can include but not limited to, the product being out of stock, or for any other reason without intimation to the user.

Any request for cancellation of orders once duly placed on the site, shall not be entertained. VikramPhadnis provides refund only in case of faulty and damaged software and hardware subject to the packaging and casing being returned in good condition.

In case of Product: Faulty and damaged products/cases must be inform us of the issue within 48 hours from the date of receipt of product. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return. We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of the product, your exclusive and sole remedy is either replacement or refund of the price paid, as determined by us.

The refund will be processed for the cancelled Order through the same mode of payment Eg: If the payment is made through Credit Card and the status is marked as cancelled, the amount would be refunded to the credit card's account.

For Credit card/Debit card mode of payment, refund processing time is 6-8 working days. For COD/cheque/DD mode of payment, refund-processing time is 15-20 working days. Cheque will be made as per Billing Name provided.

For items that were not delivered, refund will be processed only on confirmation that the product was not delivered to you and you choose to take a refund and are not interested in any other product.

For orders placed through gift certificates, refund would be provided in form of a new gift certificate for the same value.
